Profile  (Aerial View)

The ancient chestnut trees, a splendid view and a the gigantic trachyte stones coming out of the ground, mark out, and make unique, a stay at the Pietreto holiday farm.
The farm is in Maremma, a few km from a village called Roccastarda, and 35 km from the sea. The place is well-kept and exclusive and is surrounded by green hills overlooking the valley and by beautiful stone buildings, which were once used to dry chestnuts and which have later been refurbished accurately. You can have a relaxing holiday there in contact with the traditions and tastes of ancient country life.
The holiday farm is made up of two totally independent stone farms that adapt themselves to the sloping ground with olive trees and ancient chestnut trees. Both farms are finely furnished respecting the tradition of Tuscan Arte Povera. The special attention given to the green and the farm equipment (a wood-burning oven, a BBQ, tables and chairs, and deck chairs) make the outside areas particularly agreeable.
